From Burnout to Breakthrough

I started my corporate journey in 2016, working at an MNC before joining startups where I climbed the ladder to leadership. But the cost was high-burnout, emotional strain, and a painful breakup left me spiralling.

The turning point wasn’t an overnight transformation; it was small, intentional actions that helped me rebuild. Gradually, I regained my balance and confidence. That journey inspired me to build Happy Little Steps, a community for overworked and highly-stressed professionals to find peace and purpose.
